Open Sourcing UP II continued what OSUP I began. It was held last March 2, 2005 at the UP College of Engineering Theater. Topics included were on GNU/Linux Introduction, Content Management Systems, and on OpenOffice.org 2. A burnfest was also held during the seminar.
The guest of honor was Dr. Manuel Ramos Jr., chairperson of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in UP Diliman. The Engineering Library sponsored the event.
